Good morning everyone,
This morning we are being visited by Mrs Hackwood (CEO of Astrea Trust.) During the visit I will walk around the school with her explaining how well the children have settled back into school. We will visit our younger children who will be taking part in Read, Write Inc phonic lessons and KS2 who will be involved in their spelling groups. I am sure that the children will demonstrate fantastic learning behaviours.

Covid update
Remember if children read at least 4 times in the week and have their reading diary signed they can earn stickers on their chart. These stickers earn the children a prize for each milestone they hit. We will also feature their photo in the school hall and in this news post. So please support your child to read as much as possible. Thank you.

Tuesday October 4th- Macmillan coffee event
Wednesday October 12th- 30 KS2 children to attend the Astrea cross country event.
Wednesday October 19th 2.30 pm– Harvest Festival- parents invited- change of date
Thursday October 20th- Halloween discos for children.
EYFS and KS1- in school time- come dressed up
KS2- 4PM- 5PM
Friday October 21st- End of the half term
Friday December 16th- End of the term
Tuesday January 3rd- School closed for staff training
