We believe in teaching children to make positive choices with their learning and their behaviour. At Denaby Main we have adopted a behaviour management policy which encourages children to learn from positive role models and to develop an intrinsic satisfaction in making effective choices.
Behaviour Curriculum Rationale
Each class has written their class charter.
We have a Pupil Recognition Board. All children aim to be on this as soon as possible.
We choose a half termly reward as a class and aim to earn golden leaves towards this.
We also follow our Consequence Steps.
